Bug reports

When sending bug reports please include as much information as possible:

  • steps needed to be done to reproduce bug
  • describe incorrect behavior
  • describe expected behavior
  • include crash logs

Help on using programs

HexCat is always happy to troubleshoot any problems users may have, but please note that very often a problem can be solved by customer on his own. Solving problems takes time that could be otherwise used on further development of software. Before you send email for support, please make sure you have checked that FAQ doesn't solve your problem.
